Working together

I don't work with timesheets. I work with you.

Towards your goal, at your pace, as equals. Whether as an individual leader or an organisation: every engagement begins with an honest clarity call.

For leaders

You're facing a decision that won't let you go.

Maybe a new role. A conflict that doesn't resolve. Or the feeling that something isn't right — without being able to put your finger on what.

I work alongside you as a sparring partner. Not by the hour — for as long as it takes to find clarity. No toolbox, no method show — just a counterpart who thinks with you, questions you, and is honest with you.

Together we clarify where you want to go — and remove what's standing in the way.

For organisations

You're not looking for the next consultant who pushes through measures and disappears.

I work across industries — manufacturing, healthcare, construction, logistics, retail. What my clients have in common isn't the sector, it's the stance: they want someone who understands their goals, strengthens their leaders, and goes to the place where value is actually created — whether that's a production line, an operating room, or a construction site.

As a Trusted Advisor, I work as an equal with your leadership team — strategically, confidentially, long-term. Whether team culture, change, or leadership development: we don't start with solutions, we start with the question of where you truly want to go.

Hands-on. On site. With a clear focus on execution.

The process

How an engagement begins.

Every engagement begins with a clarity call. No diagnosis, no sales pitch — the start of a thinking process.

Clarity call

30 minutes. By video or phone. We clarify where you stand, where you want to go, and whether I'm the right sparring partner. Open, confidential, no obligation.

Engagement design

From there, we develop an outcome package together — tailored to your goal, not to a number of hours. Scope, duration, and form follow what you need, not a catalogue.

Working together

Hands-on, tailored to your setting, with a clear focus on execution. I stay until the impact is real — not until the hours run out.

Why no price list? Because an honest investment isn't measured in hours, it's measured in impact. In the clarity call we speak concretely about scope, format, and fee — matched to your situation, not to a standard package.

What changes look like

What it feels like — before, during, after.

Before

Many decisions, little peace of mind. High responsibility, but no clear handrail. The strategy is set — yet little happens in daily reality.

During

We sort, we mirror back, we make blind spots visible, we clarify roles, we sharpen priorities. On site, where value is actually created — not in the conference room.

After

Clearer decisions, more confident conversations, less friction, more impact in the team. Change that sticks — not just in the presentation.

Typical situations

If these sentences sound familiar, let's talk.

Three situations where I'm often called — and where I work most effectively. If you recognize one of them, it's a good moment for a first conversation.

Three scenes from daily life

Situations I know well.

„Technically I'm good. But I can't reach the people."

A new role, new scope of responsibility — and the feeling that the old strengths no longer suffice. 1:1 sparring at executive and middle-management level.

„We have a strategy paper. But nothing is happening."

Teams that are stuck — in conflicts, in silos, in entrenched patterns. On-site workshops, combined with follow-through.

„We're rolling out AI, and no one knows what that means for the teams."

Supporting leaders through technological and cultural transformation — as a sparring partner as equals, not as an external consultant with a slide deck.

Honest in the other direction, too

When I'm not the right partner.

If you want a quick solution without taking a real look. If a consultant is being sought who delivers slides instead of thinking with you. If the executive team agrees, but in the leadership circle nobody really wants to change. If the unspoken mandate is: „Tell us we're right."

In these cases I recommend finding someone who offers exactly that — or letting the effort go. Better no engagement than a half-hearted one.
